Cleshar has gone from strength to strength, continuously growing with today’s market to deliver a first class, professional, hands-on service.  Our scope of works include but are not limited to facilities management, maintenance services, construction support and capital works. 

Whether it is providing reactive maintenance, cleaning services or building new facilities, our experience, knowledge of the industry and fresh innovative approach to all projects gives our clients peace of mind throughout all stages of the project.

All contracts are delivered by experienced project specific management teams who are supported by the main CCS Board of Directors, the Operational Board of  Directors and all the service departments of the Group including, but not limited to, Operations, Health & Safety, Surveying, Estimating, Training, IT, Personnel, Quality, Procurement, Plant, Planning and Recruitment departments.

With over 15 years of industry experience we continue to build on our reputation by forging long lasting partnerships with our existing clientele and we look forward to welcoming new Clients throughout 2009.

Head Office Facilities

Our head office is based in North West London with direct links into central London within 20mins. We have over 3,500sq ft of office facilities with an additional 6,000sq ft of workshop and storage space together with dedicated training rooms.

Presently we own a fleet of more than 100 vans with tracking capabilities and Cleshar is serviced by our in house plant company which trades as CCS (Plant) Ltd.

We also accommodate:

Briefing rooms with audio visual capabilities
Offices for management and supervision manned 24 hours/day
Digital and analogue telephone system linked into LUL “auto phone” system
Materials and equipment storage in office compound
Easy access to most lines on the London Underground network
