THE ‘HUB’

Our call centre facility, ‘The Hub’, is operational 24 / 7 / 365 providing customers with a point of contact to deal with any queries or requirements they may have relating to our services. When a reactive or an emergency response is required Cleshar’s cutting edge vehicle tracking system can locate the most appropriate resources for deployment to deal with the fault. Our large pool of multi-skilled tradesmen allows flexibility when immediate deployment is required without jeopardising standards or quality. Our fleet of vans are equipped with tools appropriate for the resource application.

PLANNED MAINTENANCE

We carry out a wide range of planned maintenance activities including regular inspections and scoping. A typical programme of planned maintenance might feature track cleaning, vegetation control, fence-line inspections and repairs, graffiti and gum removal, escalator cleaning and weights testing.
