Cleshar has developed and maintained an integrated system, where compliance to the various management systems standards including BS EN ISO 9001 and H&S OHSAS 18001 is achieved via one set of procedures and one suite of main project documents.

The aim of the Integrated Management System "IMS" is to establish a framework to ensure the delivery of all contracts undertaken by the Company with respect to quality, safety, programme and budget.

In addition, the system complies with the relevant legislation, i.e. Management of Health and Safety at Work Regulations and Client specific requirements. At the same time, the system has been developed to provide flexibility for the works undertaken by the Company.

The main system and documentation that has been developed is noted below. The chart illustrates the types of documents/forms available at each level and highlights this relationship between the overall system and the project-based information.

Continuous Auditing and Inspection
The Cleshar Management System is under constant review via a system of scheduled audits. The audits cover all departments and work duties. Audits ensure that the Clients requirements and measurables are being met.
